Unmanned Systems Portchester UK are excited to announce an opening for a Administrator Generalist 2 position for a period of 20 hours per week.

The Successful candidate will form part of a small, dedicated and focused team providing support to Administration, Operations and Sales of the International arm of the Unmanned Systems business. We provide world class Repair, Maintenance, Training / Demonstration and after sale care of Unmanned Underwater Systems to our International customer base both Military and Commercial within the maritime sector. The team is dedicated to ensuring our end users experience a seamless transition from delivery of new products, through life care including continuation of training and expedition of repair and maintenance so that they are successful with our product when it matters.

What you will be doing....

1. Administration Support to ISO, HS&E tasks as directed by Snr Administration Supervisor.
2. Assist the Office Supervisor in general administrative tasks.
3. Filing and archiving.
4. Scanning and copying.
5. Processing of invoices.
6. Telephone liaison with customer (excluding technical issues).
7. Preparation of material for training courses.
8. Occasional UK Travel in support of the above activities may be required.
9. Assist in logistics and support of conferences and exhibitions.
10. The duties and responsibilities listed above are inclusive but not limiting.

What we are looking for...

3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience. #LI-MH1
