About TEKEVER Security

TEKEVER Security is dedicated to advancing capabilities in the civil security market. It comprises four specialized departments: Security Delivery, Operations, Business Development (BD), and Capabilities. The Security Delivery unit plays a key role in the successful execution of TEKEVER's security contracts, collaborating closely with customers, industry partners, and internal teams to drive success.

What is the mission:

We are looking for a Sales Administration Manager to support the sales team by ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable sales operations. This role serves as the backbone of the sales process, bridging gaps between teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring accurate execution of administrative tasks to drive success.

What will be your responsibilities:

Invoicing and Payment Management:

  • Oversee the creation and timely delivery of invoices to clients.
  • Track payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage collections.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all billing activities.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, forecasts, and key financial metrics.
  • Monitor revenue, sales trends, and pipeline data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate tracking of sales revenue and budget adherence.

Contract Management:

  • Support the management of the lifecycle of contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with legal and sales teams to address contract-related inquiries or issues.
Sales Support
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments to resolve administrative issues.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating contract finalization and invoicing setup.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales administration processes for greater efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in documentation, reporting, and compliance.

What are we looking for:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in sales administration, financial reporting, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, contract management, and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and financial software.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
  • Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages (French or Spanish would be a plus).
  • Availability to travel as needed for business purposes.
