Duties

Promptly process quotes and orders, ensuring they are handled efficiently and accurately.
Offer technical expertise to customers and staff, providing necessary support.
Prepare and annotate paperwork before manufacturing, ensuring precision.
Update customer orders and quotations as needed, keeping information current.
Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to address queries, provide technical advice, and update orders.
Follow up on order confirmations to ensure smooth workflow.
Respond to incoming inquiries and client requests promptly.
Foster strong relationships with customers by keeping them informed and engaged.
Daily update schedules and spreadsheets to reflect progress.
Achieve and surpass targets, contributing to the team's success.
Interact professionally with customers, ensuring they receive accurate quotes and updates.
Maintain customer relationships by following up for updates and nurturing connections.

Previous administration and customer service experience
Previous experience processing orders is ideal
