🌾 About the Sales Executive Role:
You’ll be the voice and inbox of our sales operation—building relationships, understanding the needs of modern farmers, and offering tailored machinery solutions that help them work smarter. You’ll use your communication skills to generate interest, build trust, and close sales over the phone and via email.
You’ll work closely with others in the agricultural machinery business, including suppliers, technical experts, and our internal product team, to ensure customers get the right solution for their needs.
This role also involves occasionally covering for colleagues across different areas of the business, giving you exposure to wider operations and contributing to a more diverse and strategic outlook.
This onsite role is responsible for coordinating with key departments, ensuring effective communication and work planning between the Site Operations Manager and the field-based sales and service teams, enabling efficient job scheduling and operational alignment.
đź”§ Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive phone and email outreach to promote our agricultural machinery range.
  • Engage new leads and existing clients, providing expert product recommendations.
  • Use CRM systems to track, manage, and follow up on all customer interactions.
  • Share supporting materials (quotes, brochures, videos) tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with technical, service, marketing, and supplier teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on agricultural machinery trends and innovations.
    ✅ What You’ll Need:
  • A good understanding of the farming industry and the daily challenges faced by farmers.
  • Proven experience in telesales, email sales, or account management.
  • Confident, charismatic communication skills—you’re persuasive but authentic.
  • Comfortable using CRM software to manage pipelines and customer records.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and driven to meet targets.
  • A genuine interest in agricultural innovation and machinery is a strong advantage.
