We are on the lookout for a driven and seasoned professional to join our aviation logistics division. As a Logistics Specialist you will be expanding our client base, nurturing long-term partnerships, and crafting bespoke transportation solutions for stakeholders across the aviation ecosystem—ranging from airlines and MROs to aircraft manufacturers and aerospace vendors.

Logistics Specialist responsibilities:

  • Scout and secure new business within the aviation and aerospace logistics space.

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients.

  • Source leads via networking events, industry expos, referrals, and outreach initiatives.

  • Strengthen existing relationships by aligning logistics strategies with client objectives.

  • Serve as the go-to liaison for aviation clients, ensuring top-tier service delivery.

  • Design and implement tailored air freight and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) logistics plans.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee efficient, timely service execution.

  • Stay informed on global and domestic aviation transport laws and best practices.

  • Consistently meet or surpass sales benchmarks and performance indicators.

  • Deliver regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and market insights.

  • Partner with marketing to develop aviation-specific campaigns and outreach efforts.

    Skills & experience required:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in logistics sales, with a minimum of 1 year in aviation or aerospace logistics.

  • Education: Degree in Business, Logistics, Aviation Management, or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.

  • Deep knowledge of aviation logistics, including AOG, air freight, customs, and charter services.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Familiar with customs documentation, EX1 declarations, and import/export compliance.

  • Skilled in booking processes and generating Air Waybills (AWBs).

  • Understanding of commercial invoices, packing lists, consolidation AWBs, and MBLs.

  • Awareness of Known Consignor protocols and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR).

  • Experience with EU and non-EU export procedures.

  • Knowledge of air cargo security, screening, and handling standards.

  • Must pass background checks and drug/alcohol screenings.

    Work Schedule:

  • Day and night shifts available

  • Monday through Friday

  • Overtime and weekend availability as needed

  • On-site position
