This is a part time position, hours can be flexible to suit the sucessful candidates (approx. 15-18 hours) around Tuesday - Thursday 09:30 - 14:30.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Maker peron to generate sales appointments by calling warm sales leads. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to book appointments, BDM will close the sale on the appointment which you have made.

A successful telemarketer/ Telesales executive must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Calling warm sales leads

  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits

  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements

  • Persuade the customer to book an appointment

  • Go the “extra mile” to meet targets and facilitate future sales

  • Keep records of calls and record useful information

  • Fact finding

    Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as telemarketer /telesales executive or similar sales/customer service role in a B2B environment

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting targets preferably over the phone

  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Skilled in negotiation

  • Persistent and results-oriented

  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection

    This role will suit candidates with business to business (B2B) sales experience, telesales, telemarketing, outbound calls and customer service experience
