£31,200- £43,000 /annum pro rata - including commission

Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Hours Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6 hours a day, flexible hours between 8.30am- 5.30 pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to generate sales appointments by calling warm sales leads. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to book appointments.

A successful telemarketer/ Telesales executive must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Calling warm sales leads

  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits

  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements

  • Persuade the customer to book an appointment

  • Go the “extra mile” to meet targets and facilitate future sales

  • Keep records of calls and record useful information

    Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as telemarketer /telesales executive or similar sales/customer service role in a B2B environment

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting targets preferably over the phone

  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Skilled in negotiation

  • Persistent and results-oriented

  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection

    This role will suit candidates with business to business (B2B) sales experience, telesales, telemarketing, outbound calls and customer service experience
