Area Business Consultant

Our client, a professional training and coaching company are seeking an Area Business Consultant, to join their team in the Norwich area. Offering a salary of up to £27,000 plus commission on a full time, permanent basis.

What will you be doing?

As an Area Business Consultant, you will interact with potential and existing clients to create new business chances across different sectors. This includes getting learners involved in their full range of Apprenticeship programs, funded training, or commercial training. You will collaborate closely with your local team to meet enrolment goals and represent the company at local events. This role will include working from home, travelling to client sites and networking opportunities in your local area. You will actively prospect and identifying new business leads. You will research potential clients and new business opportunities within your region of Norwich. As the Area Business Consultant, you will be required to network with local partners and clients to uncover new business opportunities and Travel to meet potential clients and partners to explore new business prospects. You will set up and lead meetings and presentations to convert potential clients. You will also track and managing new business opportunities using their CRM system. You will collaborate with the Norwich team to prioritise new business generation and support enrolment targets. You will maintain a strong relationship with new clients, to achieve or surpass monthly new business targets through proactive outreach, coordinating with the area managers and internal teams to advance new business leads, collecting and sharing client feedback and market insights with relevant departments.

What skills will you have?

You will be a proactive and confident person.
You will have previous experience in a business development role.
You will have experience of new business development and lead generation.
You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills and be a natural problem solver who can take initiative and is self-motivated.
You will ideally be familiar with the further education and apprenticeship sector.
You will have a UK driver's licence with access to a car.
