What You'll Be Doing:



Building and nurturing client relationships via phone, social media, events, and networking

Presenting tailored finance solutions, including asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance

*

Analysing client needs and financial documentation

*

Preparing persuasive proposals and applications

*

Maintaining professionalism and adhering to regulatory and ethical standards

What We’re Looking For:

*

Previous experience in client-facing sales (telesales experience is ideal)

*

Background in financial services or working within a finance broker is highly desirable

*

Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset

*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

*

Team-oriented and supportive approach

The Offer:

*

£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary

*

Market-leading commission/bonus structure (details available once engaged)

*

Office-based role with potential hybrid flexibility once established

*

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm, Friday 8:30am–5:00pm
