Assistant Accountant – Corporate Services

*    37 hours per week
*    Permanent position
*    £29,132 – £31,940 per annum

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across North Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.

Purpose of the Role:

*    To provide professional financial support, management information and accountancy support to the Resources Department.
*    To ensure that proper books and records are maintained in order to comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
*    To ensure that tenant and customer interests are identified and fully taken account of in the provision of services

Key Responsibilities:

*    Budgeting and Budgetary Control (Revenue)
*    Support to Internal Departments
*    Statutory Accounts
*    Payroll Support
*    Insurance Claims

The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this role.
