We are looking for a Assistant Manager for our Newport Branch, If you thrive in a busy environment, hitting sales targets and driving a team to success, this role is for you!

As a Assistant Manager, you will work with the Business Manager focusing on driving sales activity and providing continuous great service out to our customers. You'll need to have sales and team management experience, with the ability to lead, coach and develop.

    What we are looking for you to have:

  • Electrical product knowledge is advantageous

  • Experience within Team leading or supervison

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including telesales and account management

  • To be customer centric with a customer service background

  • To have had experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail

  • Excellent communication skills (including persuasion and influencing)
