Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage contractors during the finishing stages, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards

  • Identify and report snagging issues, coordinating resolutions with relevant teams

  • Provide aftercare support to clients, promptly addressing any concerns

  • Collaborate with construction managers to maintain company standards and processes

  • Ensure all work meets company standards, surpassing industry specifications

  • Provide temporary cover for Site Managers during absences
