Job Details

⦁ Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives

⦁ Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

⦁ Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements

⦁ Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration

⦁ Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies

⦁ Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members

Requirements

⦁ Proven track record in a sales leadership or management position

⦁ Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets

⦁ Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training

⦁ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

⦁ Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

⦁ Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships
