Key Responsibilities

End-to-end bid management, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

Lead and mentor a Junior Bid Manager, fostering career development.

Work closely with bid writers to produce exceptional written proposals.

Manage project planning, deadlines, and production workflows.

Attend client bid sessions and workshops, as required.

Develop storyboarding and answer planning strategies.

Ensure compliance with all bid requirements while maximising quality and impact.

Write and review bids, ensuring clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Bid Manager within Utilities, Civil Engineering, or Construction.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.

Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Degree in a relevant discipline.
