Are you an experienced Bid Manager looking for your next challenge? A high-profile consultancy operating in the built environment sector is seeking a talented Bid Manager to join their dynamic and growing team, based in either their Bristol or Cardiff office.

This is a pivotal role where you will lead end-to-end bid processes across a variety of high-value, strategic opportunities. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver compelling, high-quality bids that secure key business wins.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and coordinate the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity tracking to post-submission reviews

Develop tailored responses that align with client needs and business strategy

*

Collaborate with technical leads and subject matter experts to gather content and ensure bid accuracy

*

Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and contribute to go/no-go decisions

*

Drive continuous improvement in bid quality, processes, and win rates

What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven experience in managing bids within professional services, construction, or consultancy environments

*

Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

*

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

*

Exceptional attention to detail and a flair for persuasive written communication

*

Familiarity with frameworks such as CCS, SCAPE, or similar would be advantageous
