What You’ll Be Doing

As our Bid Writer, you’ll take the lead on crafting tailored, high-quality bid submissions (PQQs, ITTs, RFPs), translating our technical capabilities and project experience into persuasive proposals that win work.

You’ll be responsible for:

Writing and editing engaging content that reflects the company’s values, strengths, and expertise

Managing the full bid lifecycle: timelines, internal reviews, and final submissions

Collaborating with the New Business team, operational leads, and subject matter experts

Conducting client and industry research to support bid strategy

Maintaining a bid content library and improving bid quality using feedback and analytics

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

Proven bid writing experience, ideally within construction or social housing

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Strong project management and multitasking abilities

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels

Full UK driving licence (our Epping HQ is in the countryside)
