Bid Writer – Commercial Fit-Out – Central London

We are currently partnering with a leading fit-out Main Contractor specialising in Offices, Higher Education and Science Facilities. Having demonstrated huge success across London they are now seeking to further expand their team with a Bid Writer in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Bid Documentation & Content Writing – Produces clear, persuasive, and well-structured bid responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
  
  
• Research & Information Gathering – Collects and analyses project details, company credentials, and case studies to support compelling bid submissions.
  
  
• Compliance & Accuracy – Ensures all written content adheres to tender specifications, industry regulations, and company branding standards.
  
  
• Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts – Works closely with technical, commercial, and project teams to translate complex information into compelling, client-focused responses.
  
  
• Proofreading & Submission Management – Reviews bid documents for clarity, consistency, and errors while managing submission deadlines and formatting requirements.
  
  Requirements
  
  Must have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  
  Must have 1+ years’ main contractor experience
  
  Benefits
  
  £35,000-£45,000 per annum
