Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BMS, HVAC, and energy management sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Provide technical expertise and tailor-made BMS solutions to meet customer needs.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in smart building technology.

Experience Required:

Proven experience in sales within BMS, HVAC, or building automation sectors.
A results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
Able to speak in English, Dutch and French.
