Reed Marketing & Creative is collaborating with a rapidly growing drinks company in search of a Brand Manager to enhance their exceptional marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of one of their biggest Brand Portfolio.
Develop insights into market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors to inform product development and market strategies.
Manage relationships with external agencies and key stakeholders whilst overseeing marketing budget for the brand.
Ensure marketing initiatives deliver long-term, margin-enhancing growth to reach their 5-year Target.
Handle products within the portfolio, driving brand awareness and market penetration.The Ideal Candidate:

Significant experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Proven ability to lead a brand through growth activities from inception to execution.
Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Very persuasive and able to present their ideas and thought processes clearlyIn return you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 plus a luxurious Benefits package! This role will be a hybrid role where you will need to be onsite 2 Days a week and one of those days must be a Tuesday! There will also be free parking on site.
