Salary - 50K + Excellent Pension, Benefits 

Location - Office is in Mayfair - Hybrid / Flexible but sometimes attending the office will be required

As Brand Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the Marketing & Communications team, delivering the final stages of our national rebrand programme — revitalising an iconic brand and launching a new one.

You’ll manage the full implementation plan: keeping timelines on track, budgets tight, stakeholders engaged and external agencies aligned. From governance and asset rollout to championing the brand internally, you’ll make sure our new identity is embraced and applied consistently across the UK.

 What you’ll do

Lead the day-to-day delivery of our rebrand project through to business-as-usual.
Own the project plan, risk register and key milestones.
Manage the brand budget, tracking costs and controlling spend.
Be the go-to liaison between the internal Brand team, Marketing, PMO, senior stakeholders and external partners.
Coordinate updates, remove blockers and keep everyone moving forward.
Champion our brand standards — making sure every detail is on-brand, every time. 

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager with:

Proven experience delivering complex Marketing (ideally brand, rebrand or brand rollout projects)
 Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence and engage at all levels.
 Solid budget management and supplier management know-how.
A hands-on approach to solving problems, tracking deliverables and juggling priorities.
Great communication skills — clear, persuasive and collaborative.
Experience transitioning projects into BAU is a bonus.Whether you’ve worked in consumer goods, retail, lifestyle, or a well-loved membership organisation — you’ll thrive in a role where brand really matters.
