We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join a rapidly company based in Hereford, within a diverse portfolio of innovative businesses. Operating under the leadership of a visionary entrepreneur, this role focuses on telesales, working with an already mapped-out client base to drive revenue and strengthen relationships.

About the Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our client base by engaging directly with prospective and existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team, guided by an entrepreneurial owner who values initiative, creativity, and results. The business is already making waves in the pest control industry, and you’ll be at the heart of its continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage with base via telephone to generate sales opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs.

  • Promote tailored solutions that address client requirements and challenges.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads and campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, sales, or business development, preferably with B2B businesses.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • A confident, persuasive approach to sales, coupled with a focus on client needs.

  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
