What You'll Do as a BDM (Business Development Manager):

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the industrial recruitment sector.

Comprehensive market knowledge is critical for effectively identifying and leveraging opportunities.
Communication and negotiation skills are imperative for establishing strong client relationships and closing deals successfully.
