A great opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-paced business delivering some of the finest locally sourced fresh fish from the coast and seafood from all over the world.

THE BUSINESS

A leading wholesaler and retailer of fine quality fish with an unsurpassed reputation for quality. The company is long established with modern processing and distribution systems and the supplier of choice for the finest chefs, working with some of the most prestigious clients across Central London and the Home Counties

THE ROLE

Selling High Quality Fresh Fish to Restaurants, Hotels, Independent Retailers.
Develop business with chefs and buying teams who demand first quality products for their discerning customers.
Consistent business development in the high-end foodservice and Independent sectors in the London area.
Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic approach with a personal stake in maintaining integrity in all of your business dealings.
Typical customers would be Hotels, Restaurants, Food Outlets, Independent Retailers, Leisure Clubs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will need to be a disciplined self-starter with the ability to add value to the business through building and maintaining relationships.
Ideally you will need to have "Centre Plate" Sales Experience
Ability to work efficiently and enthusiastically both within a team and independently.
Experience of selling into HORECA preferred.
B to B Food Sales experience essential.
Experienced at selling to Chefs would be ideal but not essential.
Proven track record of selling food products to the high-end retailers preferred.
