We are looking for Business Development Manager to spearhead our ambitious growth across apprenticeship programmes and Skills Bootcamps – a chance to drive meaningful impact across Greater Manchester and beyond.

The Role

As our Apprenticeships and Bootcamps Business Development Manager, you won’t just build partnerships, you’ll shape futures. Working at the intersection of business and education, you’ll forge powerful relationships with employers, connect people to life-changing training opportunities, and play a key role in our mission to bridge skills gaps in the region’s most vital sectors.

What You’ll Do:

Lead from the front, securing new business and building long-lasting employer partnerships.
Design and promote bespoke training solutions that meet real employer needs.
Be a driving force in achieving recruitment, revenue, and engagement targets.
Deliver engaging sales presentations and workshops that truly inspire.
Collaborate across academic, marketing, and industry teams to bring ideas to life.
Stay sharp, tracking trends, funding updates, and industry developments.

What We’re Looking For:

A passionate and persuasive communicator with business development or sales experience in the training, apprenticeships, or education sector.
Proven success in securing new business and managing pipelines from lead to close.
Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, levy systems, and Skills Bootcamps.
A collaborator and relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-led environment.
Someone who’s brave, bold, inclusive, and ready to drive positive change.
