We are recruiting for a persuasive Business Development Specialist to join our clients growing team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for making phone calls to potential customers to promote our clients IT products and services. You will also be responsible for answering questions and addressing any concerns that customers may have. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills.
Business Development Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Promote products and services
  • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in the products and services
  • Answer questions and address concerns
  • Meet or exceed KPIs
    -Carrying out sales calls (Cold and Warm calling)
    Role Details:
    Working hours: 9:00am – 17:00pm
    Pay: £25,000 - £35,000 PA + Commission
    Location: Stourbridge
    Business Development Specialist Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Previous IT sales experience
