Do you want to earn an achievable OTE of £50k surrounded by likeminded driven professionals?

We are offering a rare opportunity to join a stable team in a Small-Medium sized, independent used car dealership/supermarket. With over 150+ cars in stock that are priced to sell, emphasis will be placed on using your experience to assess customers' needs and then sell the product/products they need.

Owing to a great year this year, with records being conquered month on month we need another capable pair of hands to field the vast amounts of leads that come into the sales department.

Candidate Requirements

Previous Sales experience - In Selling Cars
Drive and determination to hit and exceed targets
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to use own initiative but ask for guidance when necessary
Engaging and persuasive personality
Enthusiasm for the products and addons
Ability to upsellPackage

£18,000 basic salary
£50,000 OTE - geared towards upselling of productsWorking Days

5.5 Days a week on average, 11 in 14. (5 days one week , 6 the next)
Work Every Saturday
A Day off during the week
Work 1 in 2 Sundays
