Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Location: Lexus, Reading
Salary: £20k basic with OTE earnings of £55k. 
Hours: 08:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday Set day off in the week. 
09:00 – 17:00 Saturday, 1 in 2 Sundays 10:00 - 16:00

Are you passionate about cars and skilled in building customer relationships? We’re looking for a Car Sales Executive to join the Reading dealership. This exciting role offers unlimited OTE, a generous commission structure, and a chance to work with cutting-edge hybrid and electric vehicles.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with customers daily, understanding their requirements to recommend the perfect vehicle.
Present finance options, add-ons, and service plans to create a complete buying experience.
Deliver an outstanding customer service experience that builds loyalty and satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets in a supportive, fast-paced environment.What We’re Looking For:

Experience in car sales or a target based sales role.
A customer-focused mindset and a drive to achieve and surpass targets.
A dynamic and personable individual who is eager to learn and grow.
A full UK driving licence is required.
