Our client is looking to grow their team nad as such are seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to join their team near Arundel, West Sussex. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships.

Position Details:

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
Own transport required due to location
This is an office based positionMain Responsibilities:

Maintaining sales processes and capturing accurate data.
Collaborating with the Business Development Manager to schedule client meetings and facilitate smooth communication.
Supporting and nurturing existing and new client relationships.
Maintaining and enhancing client data.
Assisting with client queries and onboarding.
Driving continuous improvement in processes.
Preparing client packs and literature while ensuring the website is up to date.
Acting as a dedicated point of contact for clients.
Liaising with Finance for purchase orders, invoices, and queries.
Collaborating with technical teams as needed.What We're Looking For:
