About the Role
As a Commercial New Business Salesperson, you’ll play a vital role in driving company growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where your contributions will be valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and target new business opportunities.
Build strong, lasting relationships with potential clients.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for achieving targets.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads effectively.
Familiarity with the Ipswich business market is an advantage.What We Offer:

Competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000, with frequent pay reviews to reward your performance and contribution.
Hybrid working (2 days from home after probation).
22 days plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
