BAM UK and Ireland is recruiting a Compliance Manager UK&I. This role can be based between any UK&I regional office and home, travel will be required across the UK and Ireland.
The role of Compliance Manager will actively contribute to the further development of the compliance, integrity and privacy program, raising awareness and embedding compliance topics in the BAM UK & Ireland Division. You will work closely with colleagues across BAM UK&I, the Divisional Compliance Officer UK&I and with the Group Director Governance & Compliance.

Your mission

• Support the compliance program in BAM UK&I in consultation with the Segment management, the Divisional Compliance Officer UK&I and the Director of Governance and Compliance for BAM Group.
• Ensure compliance, integrity and privacy dilemmas are identified and discussed within the organisation through workshops, consultations, toolbox sessions.
• Prepare and coordinate integrated compliance awareness programs.
• Undertake scenario based workshops within Segment and Business Units.
• Coordinate and carry out compliance reports and investigations, with supervision and support from the Divisional Compliance Officer UK&I.
• Support data privacy, data protection and information security colleagues to achieve training outcomes and implementation of processes and procedures. Conduct periodic compliance risk analysis.
• Identify improvements for compliance, integrity and privacy in processes and practices.
• Report the status of compliance activities to Segment management and the Divisional Compliance Officer UK&I.

• A relevant qualification in a related subject

• Experience in coaching and developing others.
• Strong analytical skills with a strong business focus
• A passion for open cooperation and organisational improvement.
