Sales Team Manager

Seeking a Manager to lead and motivate a team of business agents to surpass performance targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.

This role involves coaching and developing team members, monitoring call targets, and enforcing company policies.

The Manager will collaborate with clients on SLAs and manage team KPIs. Furthermore, this individual will work with stakeholders and directors to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including presenting to and onboarding new clients.
