Working for a Civil Engineering Contractor. We are recruiting for a Highways Works Controller/Control Room Operator with highways experience to join their team.

As a Control Room Operator, you will oversee the daily handling of all client enquiries received by the business, ensuring compliance with and surpassing contract service level agreements. Your role involves delivering effective and efficient service by promptly addressing enquiries, resolving customer requests, and managing queries and complaints in a timely and relevant manner.
