Hours: 9am to 5pm but there may be occasional out of hours required

JOB SUMMARY

RWS Global is currently seeking a Coordinator, Facilities to serve as a point person to oversee our rehearsal studios and performer housing. Reporting to the Manager, Office & Facility Operations, the Coordinator, Facilities is responsible for keeping the studio operations running smoothly and effectively.

An ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, with exceptional attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly pivot when necessary.

KEY TASKS Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Manage facility operations at the studio in a fast-paced production environment
  2. Monitor studio calendar and supervise turnarounds, load-ins, and setups for show runs and inductions
  3. Ensure compliance of studio protocol & enforce safety standards
  4. Inspect the facilities on a regular basis for proper maintenance and repairs
  5. Repair minor fixes as needed
  6. Maintain rehearsal studio supplies, show props & tech inventory
  7. Oversee the janitorial staff
  8. Maintain performer housing, including move-in and move-out procedures
  9. Ensure Aerial Rigs are maintained and tested regularly
  10. Distribution of cast pictures
  11. Provide audio support

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. 2-3 years experience as a Facilities or Production/Stage Manager
  2. Experience in a fast-paced environment
  3. The ability to quickly problem solve under pressure
  4. Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  5. Strong negotiation, organization, prioritization, and planning skills
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
