Calling all Telesales, Call Handlers, Order Processors, Customer Support professionals!

Do you love talking to people, have the gift of the gab and have a drive to succeed? Then we may just have your next career move…

This Milton Keynes company in the engineering industry (electrical and electronic products) are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their internal sales team. 

You’ll be the first point of contact for anyone wanting to place orders, ask questions.... you’ll be required to use your powers of persuasion to promote, sell and advise customers on products to ensure you hit your KPIS.

For this role

You’ll be confident on the phone, have the ability to make a good first impression, and from there build long term relationships to ensure repeat business with your customers. 

Talking of repeat business you’ll deal with all aspects of the ordering process, from quote through to delivery, so being on the ball is key as you may be required to chase delayed orders or availability of products, always keeping the customer informed along the way.

Ideally, you’ll have GCSE’s, or equivalent, in Math’s and English, and be proficient on a computer with Microsoft packages, with some experience in a call centre environment.
