    Job Description:

    As a Customer Service & Sales Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting and retaining clients while helping grow key accounts. You will be the voice of the customer, ensuring they receive world-class service, and will drive commercial activities forward alongside the wider business development team.

    Key Responsibilities Include:



Managing and processing sales orders via phone and online systems

Building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts

Converting inbound enquiries into sales opportunities

Generating leads through marketing and sales campaigns

Coordinating sample requests and tracking delivery

*

Assisting the wider sales team with administrative duties

Handling web orders and managing live chat interactions

Supporting export and bespoke order management

Contributing to service improvements and internal efficiency
