My client is a leading hotel business who continue to outperform the market and a key part of that is the exceptional customer service they provide. Working in a team the Customer Services Consultant will support guests with queries and additional services to ensure a fantastic experience.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Customer Services Consultant:

Support guests with making amendments, additions and solving queries across all platforms

When necessary, collaborate with bookings and venue staff to satisfy guests needs.

Perform quality checks to ensure bookings have been completed accurately

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous Customer service experience with a solutions mindset

Excellent team player with strong communication skills

Good level of IT knowledge to be able to process bookings, amendments etc

Previous hospitality experience a plus

This is an onsite permanent role offering a salary of up to £26,000 depending on experience.
