We’re growing our contact centre team in Cherrywood, Dublin 18 — and we’re looking for confident, engaging people to join us! We have permanent and 12 month fixed term contracts available, working thirty five hours per week.

You will assist our customers and brokers with life and pension queries over the phone. Because this role supports our Irish Life & Pension customers, strong verbal and written English skills are important.

At Aviva we see this role as one of the most important in our business because we are the first point of contact for our Brokers and Customers. While this role is based in Cherrywood, in the greater Dublin area, it would also suit those with customer service skills living in Wicklow/Kildare/North Wexford. We have free parking for staff who commute by car or motorcycle or there are public transport links close-by (the LUAS green line and 84a bus stop is one minute away)

To be successful in the role, you will need the following:

Experience in a customer service environment – If you enjoy building relationships and helping people, you’ll feel right at home in our supportive customer service team

Good aptitude for technical learning and IT, as there are quite a few systems you will need to learn and be proficient with

Verbal and written fluency in English is a must have as this role will be dealing exclusively with our Irish insurance Life & Pension market

An ability to adapt to change, working in a fast-paced environment
