Role Purpose

As part of our dynamic marketing team, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging audiences, and supporting our wider marketing campaigns.

Person Specification

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management and email marketing.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Experience creating basic graphic design assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Ability to analyse data and create performance reports.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally for events and meetings, as required.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Brevo, MailChimp, or similar.
  • Photography and video content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
  • Ability or willingness to use GoPro cameras and drones to capture high-quality images and footage.
