This is an excellent opportunity to work for our client a leading security services provider that have a reputation for excellence in the sector. They seek a Divisional Director to lead and manage Corporate Security contracts with oversight of Electronic Security/Monitoring services across the UK. In this exciting role the successful candidate will have a key focus on achieving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving financial performance within client accounts.

The Role

To manage all aspects of the UK corporate security contracts, guaranteeing consistent and best in class service delivery.
Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Master Service Agreements to meet or exceed client expectations.
To collaborate with regional management teams to execute best practices in quality assurance, training, and administration.
To be a strategic partner for both client and internal business stakeholders, providing guidance and support to the client’s security and loss prevention departments.
Build strong, proactive client relationships that reflect the company’s values and align with client leadership principles, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on emerging technologies and strategies, fostering continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
Oversee financial management for the operational sector, including budgeting, payroll, invoicing, and month-end financial reporting.
Establish and implement performance targets aligned with KPIs and business objectives, promoting a results-driven culture within the team.
Assist the Business Development team with bid and tender preparations by creating persuasive business cases to broaden and diversify the service portfolio.The Person

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with industry knowledge in Corporate and Electronic Security.
Extensive experience managing security service contracts with a focus on client engagement, service transformation, and effective operational delivery.
A proven track record of managing large-scale, high-value contracts with financial accountability, along with expertise in ISO standards, quality management, and health and safety regulations.
A commercially astute leader with a strong customer service focus and a hands-on approach, skilled at balancing prompt action with safety protocols and thorough due diligence.
Demonstrated success in contract management, service delivery, and transformation, with strong expertise in operational and financial performance metrics.
Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and driving process improvements by integrating new technologies and innovations into service delivery.
