Our client is a well-established leading independent provider of aviation / aerospace services to commercial and government customers around the globe, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to work at offices based in the London Heathrow area or Paris.

    Main Purpose of the Role:
    The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maintain the company’s competitive position in the market. This role will involve forecasting sales trends, identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and cold calling and cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
    Duties & Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager:
  • Key objectives include consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets, expanding the customer base by securing new accounts and strengthening partnerships with current clients to maximize long-term revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will analyse market conditions, identify emerging opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Responsible for realising the committed revenue targets set by the organization through promoting the company’s products to customers.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities for company’s complete range of products and services.
  • Build customer relationships with key players and working levels in the customers’ organization.
  • Grow and expand company’s market share in the regions covered.
  • Provide pre- and post – sales support.
  • Follow up (by phone or visit) on quotations submitted to customers.
  • Submit timely activity/call reports concerning customer related activities for quotes and orders.
  • Provide territory sales forecast on a quarterly basis.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
  • Frequent travel in the region covered is expected.
  • Expected annual travel back to Regional or Corporate head quarters and relevant business division for sales meeting and training.
    To Be Considered:
  • Proven Aviation Sales Managerial experience within a high pressurised / time critical environment
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of Airline / Aviation / Aerospace Operating and business environment including Technical Services, Logistics Operations and Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Russian or Eastern European Speaker is preferable
  • Flourishes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working with demanding customers.
