What do they need?
Embedded systems professionals, two of them. Their ideal candidate will have worked on real-time embedded systems in a safety critical environment.
Experience with robotics, drones/UAV's, space or autonomous systems would be a distinct advantage.
The "person" is the important requirement. Ambition, enthusiasm and passion for engineering are the key traits they would love to see.
