Commercial Estate Agent Location: Battersea Basic Salary: £30,000 OTE: £90,000 - £100,000 (Year One)

Are you a driven and ambitious property professional ready to take your career into the commercial real estate sector? We're seeking a Commercial Estate Agent to join a high-performing team in Battersea, offering exceptional earning potential and career progression.

What You'll Be Doing:

Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and canvassing to secure commercial property instructions
Conduct market appraisals and valuations, advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies for offices, retail units, and industrial spaces
List new commercial properties, ensuring all marketing materials are accurate and compelling
Arrange and lead viewings, delivering professional and persuasive tours to prospective tenants and buyers
Negotiate lease and sale terms between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
Manage transactions from offer through to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and expert advice
Stay informed on local commercial property trends, market values, and competitor activity
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including AML, GDPR, and industry regulations

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in estate agency sales (commercial experience preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
Solid IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems
