What we’ll need from you

Reporting to the Fleet Administration Manager, the Fleet Administrator will support the business by providing a full range of professional administrative services to a consistently high standard and promote a professional image.

  • Intermediate/advanced IT skills with MS packages

  • Knowledge of transport legislation would be an advantage

  • Experience of working in an HGV Fleet Administration role

  • Excellent time management, planning and organising

  • Assertive with ability to manage internal and external contacts with diplomacy Persuasive and able to influence at all levels

  • Driving licence
