Established in 2009 as London’s first grand volant flying trapeze school and later expanding into an outdoor arts production company, we have been providing activities and aerial spectaculars to people young, old and in between ever since.Until recently our production work consisted of large-scale outdoor shows featuring a variety of aerial circus acts. As the company develops, we are experimenting with a variety of styles of both indoor and outdoor circus performance.Our Mission and Ambition:Gorilla Circus has a mission to innovate, improve and increase access to high quality contemporary circus and spectaculars through international collaboration, the professional training of UK based artists and cross-pollination of disciplines. The company aims to create unique high impact, innovative yet affordable work that can compete on an international level. We are one of a handful of UK based companies able to produce shows both at a significant large scale and smaller theatrical work.One of our primary ambitions as part of our NPO funding agreement is to build new community relations from our base in Fenland and widen access to the arts in the local area. The company has previously worked in priority investment areas such as Great Yarmouth, Luton and Grantham so welcomes the opportunity to engage closer to home. £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, pro rata (salary dependent on experience)Hours:

32 hours per week (the equivalent of 4 days full time), usually between 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, but we are open to flexible working hours and days. You’ll probably spend some time away from your desk, for example travelling to London & tour venues in the UK and as you would expect in live performance - there will be occasional evening work.Contract:
