Graduate Bid Writer - Role:

As a Graduate Bid Writer at KHIPU Networks, you will be integral to our bid team, assisting with the creation and management of high-quality proposals. You will have the chance to develop your writing and research skills while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to start their career in bid writing and content management.

Graduate Bid Writer - Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting detailed, well-crafted bid documents

  • Research and gather information relevant to bids and proposals

  • Work with different teams across the business to ensure the content is accurate and persuasive

  • Maintain and update bid templates and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with bid requirements and guidelines

  • Support the Sales Team in developing strategies to increase bid success

  • Proofread and edit bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact

    Graduate Bid Writer - You:

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

  • A team player who is comfortable working collaboratively, occasionally in a virtual environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word

  • Good research skills and an ability to gather relevant information

  • Highly organised with strong time management skills

  • A degree in English, Communications, or a related field (or relevant A-levels/GCSEs)
