Are you a commercially minded finance professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment?

We're looking for an experienced Group Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a growing, fast-paced business at the heart of the fresh produce industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role where you'll work closely with the Commercial Director and senior stakeholders across the UK and Portugal to drive profitability, support decision-making, and lead on customer margin analysis and financial planning.

What you'll do:

Be the go-to finance partner for commercial teams across the UK and Portugal

Deliver insightful customer gross margin reporting and scenario planning

Support pricing decisions, customer negotiations, and new business opportunities

Own budgeting and forecasting for trade debtors and gross margins

Lead and support Operations Finance Business Partners to ensure accurate cost reporting

Collaborate on key commercial projects and support strategic growth initiatives

What you'll bring:

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Proven experience in a commercial finance role

Strong Excel and systems skills (experience with Business Central is a plus)

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly and persuasively

Previous exposure to FMCG, food or agriculture sectors preferred

A collaborative, confident and proactive approach

Flexibility to travel regularly (including Portugal)
