We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to be at the forefront of our ambitious growth plans in Milton Keynes. You will ensure that targets are met for the recruitment of members and the generation of commercial income through the promotion of additional products and services. Using your knowledge, you will be able to research the target market and create opportunities for yourself and the rest of the team in order to sustain profitable long-term relationships with companies across the Milton Keynes area as will your ability to build and nurture stakeholder relationships with a view of identifying future commercial opportunities both private and public sector

To be a success in this role you will be an accomplished sales professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar b2b role. You will have exceptional relationship management skills and a strategic mindset to identify and leverage business opportunities both in the public and private sector.

The ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing is a must. Influencing, persuasion, negotiation and facilitation all play an essential part of this role.

This is a perfect role for an ambitious and commercially astute individual, who thrives on varied tasks in a mature and values based working environment.

The Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce was established in 2013. It was set up by Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce following a lengthy selection process and the go-ahead from the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC).

The Chamber is further enhanced by being part of a worldwide network and is one of the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) Accredited Chambers – the largest and most powerful network for business in the UK.
