Morgan Law are seeking an interim Systems Accountant for a Charity in the London area.

Accountabilities

To quickly build a detailed understanding of Business Central and Continia set up
Lead on configuration and process set-up decisions and fixes for transactional processing and balance sheet
Establish and embed new / changed controls both in and out of the system
Ensure appropriate resourcing to ensure effective management of the post implementation period
Support with embedding the system across the organisation including training and guidance
Support the Finance team in responding to questions and issues
Develop the Finance team so as to be able to handover the responsibilities aboveCandidate Requirements

Fully qualified CCAB/CIMA accountant (E)
Recent experience working in a not for profit environment (E)
An advanced level of knowledge and experience implementing Business Central, and post implementation support (E)
Experience in training or guiding others effectively on the use of financial systems and the application of financial procedures
Experience in proactively identifying and implementing improvement changes in systems/ processes or continuous improvements within the Service
Assertive and strong communication skills with excellent listening skills together with persuasive analytical skills
