Salary: £30,000–£33,000 + Performance Bonuses (OTE £35k+)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (1-hour lunch)

    What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online

  • Proactively reach out to existing and lapsed accounts to promote products and generate new opportunities

  • Identify and maximise upselling and cross-selling potential across the product range

  • Maintain accurate sales records and use the CRM to track activity

  • Collaborate with field sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

  • Work to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

    Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in a B2B setting

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confident and persuasive approach to selling

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage your own time and pipeline

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment

  • Industry experience in signage, print or distribution is helpful, but not essential
