RME Consultants are recruiting an IT Support Technician to join their growing team.

Role: IT Support Technician

Salary: £24,000 - £26,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full time (shift work, 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am), 4 on, 4 off.
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Main Duties for IT Support Technician:

  • Meeting service level agreements (SLAs) by resolving tickets promptly.

  • Coordinating site visits for Field Engineers when remote resolution is not possible.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to surpass client and business expectations.

  • Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to resolve tickets as needed.

    Experience required for IT Support Technician:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing conflicting deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
